BCSFA recently released a report titled, “Consequences of the Decision to Shut Down Salmon Farming in the Discovery Islands.” This report states that the sudden Discovery Islands decision put at risk 1,500 well-paid B.C. jobs and could lead to the waste of more than 200 million meals.
